With over 24 years of experience as a mindfulness master, Mahan Kaur has dedicated her life to guiding individuals out of darkness and into the light of their true potential. She is a certified teacher of Kundalini yoga and meditation through the Kundalini Research Institute since 2000 and a massage practitioner certified by the Monterey Institute of Touch. As a secular minister, Mahan Kaur respects and embraces the diverse spiritual practices of her clients, or their choice of none.

In addition to her role as a meditation guide, Mahan Kaur is an accomplished author and artist, having written three books that focus on helping people discover their own 'beautiful you.' She also hosts a podcast called *The Beautiful You,* where she shares her wisdom and insights.

As a mother and grandmother, Mahan Kaur brings a nurturing and compassionate approach to her work, using beautiful art and practical tools to help others align their vibration with abundance, guiding them to become bountiful, blissful, and beautiful.
